At Run Havoc, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and performance labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
